How does it work?
The method is being called the long breath diet. You take a certain position, take a 3 second breath and then exhale for 7 seconds.
Most doctors in Europe support deep breathing for weight loss. The effectiveness is due to the way our cells are made. Fat consists of carbon, oxygen and hydrogen. When we breath, the oxygen reaches the fat cells and splits it into the components of water and carbon. In a nutshell, the more oxygen we use, the more fat we burn.
How to do it
Perform the exercise every day for 2-10 minutes.
Stand up, and push one leg forward and the other back.
Now you need to strain your buttocks and transfer your weight to your back foot.
Start slowly inhaling for 3 seconds, lifting your arms above your head.
Then exhale forcefully for 7 seconds, straining all your bodyâ€™s muscles.
